Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and nice rooms with beautiful garden views and outdoor seating, though it may appear a bit dated. The service, despite some mishaps, was pleasant and accommodating overall. Its location, although needing attention in some areas, provides a large and beautiful setting for families. The dining options varied in quality, from average to delicious, with the experience dependent on timing. The facilities are enjoyable, offering mixed experiences for guests.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a nice view over the lake and good Wi-Fi and Netflix, but there was a terrible sewage odour present during our entire stay. The rooms, although adequate, felt a bit dated and could benefit from a renovation. On the bright side, there were no disturbances around 3 am without any smoke.
The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, but we experienced some noise disturbances from other guests. The outside noise was a bit bothersome given the price we paid, expecting a quieter environment. The service was very friendly and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. The location was good overall, but lacked sufficient pool recliners for guests. The dining options were basic and not suitable for special dietary needs. However, the Danish pastry was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel offers a mixed experience with room for improvements.
I had a great stay at the hotel, the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, though a bit noisy with energetic guests nearby. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 'garden view' room, but there was a minor catering issue due to a double booking.
The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for our needs, but they weren't ready when we checked in and had a damp smell. The service was excellent overall, despite a rude encounter at the lobby entrance. The location was excellent for shopping trips and community events, but had limited opening hours on special occasions. The dining experience offered a good selection but lacked hot food at times. Overall, it was a good stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel is set in beautiful gardens, offering large and comfortably furnished rooms with some cleanliness issues that could use improvement to bring them up to date. The service, while meeting our basic needs, could benefit from a customer service refresher. The location is lovely, surrounded by lush gardens, though some areas need attention. The dining experience is mixed, with included breakfast options not ideal for those with allergies and overpriced dining choices. The venue facilities are average and could use a refresh.
